2. Fixed Revisions: Clients are entitled to a specific number of revisions. We encourage clients to collaborate closely with our graphic designers, who are committed to refining the design until it meets your satisfaction.

3. Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable: Once the design process has begun, the service cannot be cancelled or refunded. We encourage open and continuous communication with our design team to ensure the final product aligns with your vision.

4. Upfront Payment: Full payment is required upfront before any design work can commence. This policy ensures that our team can dedicate the necessary resources and attention to your project from the start.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon final payment and project completion, clients gain full ownership and usage rights to the design for their specified purposes.

6. Post-Approval Changes: Once you have approved the artwork, any subsequent changes will incur additional charges. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction before final approval.

Free Design Services Terms

Free Designs:

2. Revisions: Up to two design revisions are offered free of charge. Subsequent revisions will incur a charge of R150 each.

3. Eligibility: Applicable to specific design requirements as defined by Young Printers.

4. Client Responsibilities: All necessary information for the design must be provided by the client.

5. Ownership: Artwork files created under the Free Design Service remain the property of Young Printers. Original files can be purchased for a fee, depending on design complexity.

6. Design Complexity: Young Printers reserves the right to assess and determine the complexity of the design, which may affect service eligibility.

7. Feedback & Approvals: Clients agree to provide prompt feedback to facilitate timely completion.

8. Portfolio Rights: Young Printers retains the right to include completed designs in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise negotiated.

9. Service Availability: The Free Design Service is subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn at Young Printers’ discretion.
